Because you are a member of the Student Government, you decide what your Student Government should be and how your fees are spent. You can do this in many ways…

As a result of YOUR Past Feedback, Loyalist & the Student Government have:

Added more Student Spaces including the new Link Lounge.
Improved the Shark Tank Pub by
- Adding a lounge area
- Renovating the bar
- Purchasing comfortable and modern tables and chairs for the Shark Tank Pub as well extensive decor improvements.
Improved the Men’s & Women’s Changerooms.
Enhanced the Student Health Centre by renovating it and then later adding more Treatment Rooms.
Added Hydration Stations and Microwaves on campus
Renovated the Student Fitness Centre.
Organized tons of events so you can get active, be healthy and have fun as well as launched an centralized online Student Event Calendar.
Changed the Student Day Planner to a weekly format.
Added Outdoor Furnishings.
Improved Residence facilities including new Upper Year Townhouses
Implemented a Belleville Transit Semester Pass
Enhanced Student Resources such as:
- LoyalistLife.com Website/E-Newsletters
- Awards, Bursaries & Scholarships Distribution/Advertising
Provided advance notice of events
Expanded Peer Tutoring and Career Centre services
Introduced many Information Technology improvements such as colour printing in the Student Computer Lab, expanded Wireless Access and a Student Computer Lab in the Pioneer Building
Increased exterior lighting on campus
Offered additional Athletic and Recreational programming
& Much More!!

We are here for you, the student. You can submit your Academic, College or Residence comments online at LoyalistStudents.com or participate in Fall and Winter Surveys to provide your feedback. The Student Government has representation on Loyalist College Committees and can advocate on your behalf to make improvements on campus.

Each year, the Student Government organizes an amazing lineup of live entertainment, theme nights and special events and we also improve facilities for you, the student! At LoyalistStudents.com, you can suggest a band you really want to see, a theme night that you think would be really fun or a way to enhance facilities. You can also participate in Surveys to provide your feedback.
